RETURNS POLICY
At Searching for Sol, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer store credit for change-of-mind returns — and we even sweeten it by issuing 105% store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
We also respect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t perform as expected, you're entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
🌞 Change-of-Mind Returns (Store Credit)
We gladly offer store credit (105% of your purchase value) under the following conditions:

The return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in their original box.
Please note:

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are considered final sale for change-of-mind returns and are not eligible for store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
📨 How to Return

Email us at hello@searchingforsol.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll provide you with return instructions and our return address.

Ship your item(s) back at your cost using a trackable service. (We’re not responsible for items lost in transit.)

Once received and inspected, your 105% store credit will be issued via email.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, simply return your item for store credit and place a new order.
⚠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@searchingforsol.com.
We will cover return postage in these cases and provide a full refund, repair, or replacement as required under Australian Consumer Law.
🇦🇺 Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
