Aurey-lee Anderson - Founder/Owner/Creator of Searching for Sol. 

Searching for Sol is a journey that started in my early 20s. I had just moved to Portugal to work at a surf camp for 12 months and my life consisted of salty surf trips, shell hunting along orange rugged cliff tops, sunsets by the ocean and chasing every adventure under the sun.

This to me, was Sol. And it was exactly what I had been seeking. Searching for Sol is a way of life, a motto that now translates onto my children. Chase that sun and take every adventure. My first sons name is Sol, bringing more warmth and sunshine into my life. 

As the years passed, Searching for Sol evolved from a personal mantra into something more. A reflection of the free-spirited lifestyle I craved, the effortless beauty of the ocean and the deep connection we find in nature.

It became a philosophy woven into the way I live, the way I parent, and now, the way I create.

This brand is an extension of that journey. Each piece is inspired by sun-drenched coastlines, slow days by the sea and the timeless simplicity of barefoot wanderings.

Searching for Sol is for the women who feel most alive with salty hair and sandy toes, who book one-way tickets with no real plan and who find home in the warmth of the sun and the rhythm of the waves.

It’s for the ones who collect stories, not things. Who wake up early for sunrise swims, stay out late under foreign skies and crave the feeling of adventure as much as the ocean on their skin.
